Three Modern Apartment Interiors Under 40 Square Meters (With Layouts)

Welcome to the world of modern apartment interiors less than 40 square meters in size. This collection of modest home ideas features three distinct color schemes. It’s a bright, multipurpose area with a clean white, pale wood, and modest copper décor. With a primarily neutral palette, coral and primary yellow appear unexpectedly in home number two’s interior. Green and white are the dominating colors of this home design, softened with a dash of casual country flair, making it feel more like an extension of the family. They all have clever layouts that will excite anyone with a tight area.

white-and-grey-interior-1On our first tour, we look around the interior of a 36 square metre apartment in a residential complex, located in Odessa, Ukraine. This bright and multifunctional space is made up by four distinct zones, which is a glass wall bedroom, a lounge, kitchen diner, and of course a bathroom. The transparency of the bedroom wall helps the small living quarters to feel more spacious, open and light, fulfilling the maximum potential of the floor area. | Designer: M3 Architects.
